Terms of Service — Nau·Lab Yacht Design Academy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of naulab.com, including our membership area and Nau·Lab Courses. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Membership Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person, please.

Nau·Lab Course Packages

Academy packages provide access to self-paced training materials drawn from real Nau·Lab projects. Enrollment grants access to the corresponding package's content; it does not constitute a professional qualification or guarantee of employment or commercial outcome.

Referral Program

Each member receives a personal referral code. Sharing your code and having others sign up with it is permitted; any rewards associated with referrals, if offered, will be communicated separately and may change at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping or reverse-engineering our systems, or interfering with other members' use of the service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, video, and course materials — is the property of Nau·Lab or its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The site and Academy content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nau·Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
